M.S. Consulting Projects
Wynnie has worked on several major consulting projects with real clients during her time at USC. These projects presented her with diverse and valuable learning opportunities, further enhancing her skills and knowledge.

AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
CHERVON FLEX
STUDENT CONSULTING PROJECT
January - May, 2022
Wynnie played a key role in the development of a groundbreaking ambassador program for the power tool industry. As part of a team of two, she conducted both primary and secondary research to lay the foundation for the program's success. For the qualitative portion of the research, she wrote discussion guides and facilitated focus groups and in-depth interviews. Building on the insights gained from these sessions, Wynnie and her team designed and implemented a survey using Qualtrics, which was completed by over 500 participants. After analyzing the results using SPSS, the team presented a comprehensive online and in-person ambassador program with a well-defined incentive structure to the client.
DEIB
KERN COUNTY GOVERNMENT
STUDENT CONSULTING PROJECT
February - April, 2022
As an initiative for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belongingness for Kern County, California, Wynnie and her team successfully created scorecards for each department, providing a comprehensive understanding of their relative positions across four critical indexes: psychological safety, training and development, leadership, and culture. To accomplish this, the team meticulously analyzed data collected from over 2,000 surveys completed by Kern County employees, utilizing both SPSS and Excel for data analysis.

PRODUCT BREAKTHROUGH & PROPOSITION
DOLE SUNSHINE COMPANY
STUDENT CONSULTING PROJECT
August - December, 2021
Wynnie had her first experience of working on an end-to-end project with a real client. She thoroughly enjoyed the process of communicating with the client and designing a research plan that addressed their business challenges. As this was a large-scale project, she was part of the quantitative survey team. Specifically, she played a critical role in conducting conjoint analysis and running simulations using Sawtooth. This enabled Wynnie to identify the key product proposition that gave Dole a competitive advantage.
AD TESTING PROJECT
March - April, 2022
Wynnie honed her research skills in an advanced market research methodology class at USC, where she worked on an advertising effectiveness project for a weight loss company. The objective of the research was to determine the most impactful ad among 8 options in terms of capturing attention and driving purchase intent. As a member of a 3-person team, she analyzed a substantial dataset from 200 conducted interviews and successfully identified the most effective advertisement in meeting the project objectives.
